We've been quietly solving infrastructure problems since 2007. Seventeen years architectural decisions, incident calls, and hard-won lessons learned in production environments across every industry you can imagine.
For nearly two decades, we've kept our heads down and focused on what we do best: making sure our clients' systems run smoothly, scale gracefully, and recover quickly when things go wrong. But we've realised something important— the knowledge we've accumulated could help far more people than just our direct clients.
The infrastructure landscape has changed dramatically since we started. What began as simple server management has evolved into complex orchestration of cloud services, containers, and distributed systems. Yet the fundamental challenges remain the same: how do you build systems that are reliable, scalable, and maintainable?
We've seen the same problems surface repeatedly across different companies and industries. The startup that outgrows their initial architecture. The established company struggling with legacy systems. The team that knows they need better monitoring but doesn't know where to start.
